The Data Coaching Program at Santa Monica College was launched in 2017 to expand the capacity of the college to compile and analyze to inform inquiry activities and planning processes, such as curriculum review, program review, equity strategies, grant proposal application and evaluation, and course and program development. Each year, the Program provides training for faculty, staff, and managers on various data topics and tools designed to improve data literacy and enable campus leaders to more effectively engage in the inquiry process.
